April 24th was a rainy morning…actually so bad that Jen and I would never have dreamed that we would have the opportunity to shoot outside for Erin & GR’s wedding. Well…we were so wrong! When we woke up from our nap, Covington, TN was not the same place! Bright blue skies, sunny, warm…Aaah! This small little town was so adorable and when we pulled up to the church our mouths dropped and we got super excited
There in front of us stood a perfect little white church, Mt. Carmel Presbyterian…the same one that a scene from Walk the Line was filmed! Ok, enough about that…lets move on to the happy couple. Erin had a stunning dress from The Bride Room, and rocking multi-colored paisley shoes from JCrew. George Robert (aka “Grrrrrrrrr”) was handsome as always. He may hate having his picture made, and at times a little shy, but we think he’s the cutest and they make fabulous photos together The ceremony welcomed many guest however you still felt like it was a very small and intimate wedding due to the one room church. Once the ceremony ended, we got almost an hour with the newly married couple…which is normally rare! They were SO cute together! The reception at the Chamber Center on the Square was rocking when we arrived…with a 7 piece band (I think…maybe more) that had everyone moving and shaking. Erin and GR’s wedding turned out absolutely fabulous! It was a new adventure for Jen and I in Covington and we want to thank you both for letting us be there for your special day…Congratulations! xoxo
