Since the end of last year we couldn’t make July 3 come around soon enough! Cheekwood + Ariel = Gonna Love the Pictures! From the time I met the great couple…(Jen was in England)…to the time we all met up at Kalamatas for dinner…WE LOVED NICHOLE and PETE! Listening to their stories were amazingly cute…how they met (how Pete ignored Nichole when she dropped her papers (I think I remember that right)…hahaha!) to how they have to arrange life around their sports teams! My favorite memory of Pete though is when he was waiting for his bride to arrive and we started talking about how beautiful she was going to be (as if we didn’t already know that)…he just kept talking about her in the sweetest possible way! Now, I can’t remember exactly what was said but I do know it made my heart melt
I always thought of Pete as a serious, intimidating guy (I am sure that is what he really wants you to think!) but really he showed me he is only a softy underneath it all (sorry to bust your cover)! Then you have the stunning bride, Nichole. She was so laid back given the extreme heat and had a smile the entire time…especially when she saw her groom! The way these two looked at each other was amazing…we didn’t have to tell them hardly anything because they were so lost in their own moments of happiness! I know I may begin to sound a little cheesy but it is true The day was perfect! The ceremony took place at Cheekwood in the Wills garden and the reception was rocking downtown Nashville at Ariel (which was our first time shooting there and loved it). We had so much fun with you guys through out the whole process…I truly believe we have found new friends! Kalamatas anyone?!?! Congrats to you both and thank you for an amazing 3rd of July wedding (with fireworks)! ENJOY!
